The website and hosting provider may also process basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring page and server logs for security, troubleshooting and website operation.
How and why we use your information

- To deliver agreed services and communicate about a production.
- To keep appropriate business, contractual and accounting records.
- To protect the website, prevent misuse and resolve technical problems.
The lawful bases used are taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business and website, and compliance with legal obligations where applicable.
Who we share information with
Information is shared only where necessary with trusted service providers that support website hosting, form delivery, email, security and IT administration; professional advisers; or public authorities where disclosure is legally required. We do not sell personal information.
Some providers or embedded services may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards used by the relevant provider and applicable data-protection law.
How long we keep information
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond and manage a potential booking. If work proceeds, relevant correspondence, contractual and transaction records may be retained for up to six years where needed for tax, accounting, contractual or legal purposes. Technical logs are retained according to the website host’s security and operational settings.
